Game Announcements

The metroidvania game Elusive, now in development by Chibig (Summer In Mara, Mika And The Witch’s Mountain) has been successfully funded in less than 24 hours through its Kickstarter campaign. In this beautiful adventure, players will enter the world of small creatures called Elusives. They live in human houses, hiding from them and borrowing everything they need. The protagonist, Zoe, belongs to a group of daring explorers who venture themselves into the most dangerous places to find unique treasures. They’re quick and stealthy, using Guard Cloaks to keep them invisible to the eyes of predators.

Elusive combines exploration with resource and treasure gathering, crafting, and quests in a giant house interconnected by tunnels. Those who grew up with The Borrowers, The Littles and The Secret World of Arrietty will find this game extremely enchanting and fun!

Aeterna Lucis, the anticipated sequel for the dark action platformer Aeterna Noctis (Aeternum Game Studios), revealed its first trailer and a release date. After meeting the King of Darkness and learning about his tragic destiny, it’s turn for the Queen of Light to tell her side of the story. Stop the destruction of very existence by challenging the Supreme God of Chaos as you search for clues to the whereabouts of her ancient nemesis… to whom her heart once belonged.

This metroidvania game combines fast-paced combat, a large interconnected map, secret hunting, optional challenges, and a rich and deep story. Get ready to face the Queen’s fate in September 2025!

A new preview of OXIDE: Room 208 (WildSphere) at the #TesuraGamesConnect event suggests that the game could launch next month. After Matt’s tragic disappearance at the Night Soul Motel (OXIDE: Room 104), his partner Josh is still trapped there at the mercy of a mad scientist. And he won’t be the only lab rat that Doc will use for his macabre experiments — there will be more lives at stake, and only you can decide their end.

Speaking of Tesura Games, the Spanish publisher specializing in physical editions showed a great selection of titles that will be released sometime this 2025. In its catalog there are many successful games, both Spanish and international authorship, which have already been launched digitally. Among the notable releases planned for this year are Slay The Princess, Fading Afternoon (the new game from the creators of Ringo Ishikawa) and 9 Years of Shadows.
