Petoons Studio

Petoons Studio is an independent games developer and animation studio from Barcelona, Spain. The team is built by a mix of talented artists and game developers pioneering the art of storyplaying. Their previous game, Petoons Party, winner of the PlayStation Award – Best Kids Game (2017), is currently available on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.   Curse of the Sea Rats is our new videogame, an epic hand-drawn ratoidvania for PC and consoles coming to PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch, and Steam in 2022.   We published and developed My Friend Peppa Pig and PJ Masks – Heroes of The Night as a work for hire for Outright Games and Hasbro in partnership with Bandai Namco. Both games and DLCs available on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, and Google Stadia.   We are currently developing two additional games as a work for hire while we finish the development of Curse of the Sea Rats.   Petoons Studio is part of PlayStation Talents, a global initiative created by Sony Interactive Entertainment to develop talent and local content in Spain.
