The weekly Spanish video games industry newsletter (September 23)

Hello, everybody!

We are back with a bunch of news about the Spanish video games scene. This week, we have a couple of releases and we heard of a game that’s being delayed (hopefully, for the best!). Let’s go!

Dreamworks Dragons: Legends of the Nine Realms is the video game adaptation of the Dreamworks cartoon, Dragons: The Nine Realms. The game has been developed by AHEARTFULOFGAMES, the studio responsible for titles such Heart & Slash. In this new adventure, available on Steam, PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo Switch experience the freedom of flying and dragon while exploring new realms, building their characters and unlocking new heroes.

Troglobytes Games has also released its Switch port for Blind Fate: Edo No Yami, a game that mixes sci-fi and ancient tradition while players slash through robots with a trusty katana, use hi-tech implants to navigate the surroundings, dodge enemy attacks, and land devastating finishers in the fantastic period of New Edo.

Last, we got news of a game being delayed. Games for Tutti, currently working on Scrap Riders, announced that game, previously scheduled for September 15, will now be released on November. Scrap Riders is a pixel art 2D beat ‘em up / adventure set in a cyberpunk future where players control Rast, a member of the outlaw bikers gang Scrap Riders, that will have to fight his way through the wastelands and the big metropolis controlled by corporations. While delays always suck, we are sure that this time will help Games for Tutti polish Scrap Riders to offer the best possible experience.

That’s all for this week! Remember to follow us on social media to stay updated on the latest news about Spanish video games!
